✅ Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy All purchases made for our digital products, training programs, consulting sessions, or services are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on a specific product page.
2. Digital Products (E-books, Templates, Courses) Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” no refunds will be issued once access or files have been provided.
3. 1:1 Consultations / Coaching Sessions •Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. •Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable. •If you miss the session without informing us, the session is considered completed.
4. Live Workshops / Webinars •Tickets for live events are non-refundable. •If you cannot attend, you may request access to the session recording (if available).
5. Subscription Services (If Applicable) •Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. •Charges already processed are non-refundable. •Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
6. Duplicate Payments If you are charged twice by mistake, email us within 7 days. After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded.
